A Boss in NiGHTS into Dreams or NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams is normally a second-level Nightmaren created by Wizeman.

NiGHTS into DreamsEdit

Many of the bosses in NiGHTS into Dreams are similar to other bosses from the same game and Journey of Dreams. Puffy is like Donbalon because both are shaped and fought the same way. Clawz is similar to Jackle (both are like the Cheshire Cat) and a little like Cerberus. Reala is like Jackle and Chamelan (both bosses actually stand). Gulpo is like Girania because both are fish. And Jackle is like Clawz, Donbalon (because of his high-pitched laugh), Reala, and Chamelan.

Unlike in Journey of Dreams, each boss in NiGHTS into Dreams are fought only once. Also, please remember that the genders listed are only what gender the are considered to be based on their style, the actual Nightmarens are genderless.

NiGHTS: Journey of DreamsEdit

In Journey of Dreams, three bosses for each dream each seem to have its own gender and type. Chamelan, for an example, is a male boss from Will's dream Lost Park, and is a magician. Some bosses, however, don't have a type. Those are about three bosses: Donbalon, Girania, and Wizeman. Donbalon and Girania don't have a type mentioned in the game, although can be classified as a clown and fish. Wizeman would be mistaken for being a "wicked", but this is just a word to make him wicked, and he would be classified probably as a god or devil. About genders, the one who's gender is most confusing is Girania's. Girania may seem male, but is a boss in Helen's dream, and all the bosses on each dream depending on Will or Helen are male or female. Girania has been thought as genderless, but can be regarded as female. There's no proof, so this cannot be proved.

The listed genders are still only style genders, the actual Nightmarens are genderless.
